We are required to retain information of candidates applying for jobs within the United States. Personally identifiable information of candidates applying for jobs in other parts of the world will be retained in accordance with local law. If you accept a position with Hertz, the information collected on this Site will become part of your personnel record and will be used for employment/work-related purposes.

We may delete your personally identifiable information at any time (including your CV/resume), without any reason. Therefore, please retain your own copy of anything provided to us.
