Troubleshooting, installing, replacing and calibrating various devices analog and digital, actuators, control valves, and pneumatics. Troubleshooting installing VFD’s, motors, and controls. Experienced in working with voltages from 24 to 4,160 volts and installing conduit. Monitor processes, packaging equipment and troubleshoot as necessary using IFIX, CTC, Wonderware HMI’s and Allen Bradley, Siemens PLC’s using various electrical testing meters. Document work or calibrations accomplished with the use of Fluke 744E calibrator, Globe work order system and safety practice guidelines.

Installation and repair of electrical equipment, lighting, motor control center buckets. Motors, valves, pumps, actuators installing conduit and piping. Day and shift maintenance. Able to work in heat as well as 50 degrees below zero, Arc/Tig weld, fabrication and rigging for the application.
