I am responsible for cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas or stations for sanitation purposes and policy. Whereas Mise en place - Food preparations before the arrival of guests, making sure everything is done before the opening of restaurants Also, Prepares food for guests with specifications and requests; adjustments to specified allergies. I am In-charge of Food supply order lists; Receiving, storing, and organizing ingredients/food in their proper places. I help in Assisting and training other cooks in preparing and cooking specified recipes and standards. Greeting and welcoming guests as they approach the front desk is my responsibility in this Field. I am In-charge of Checking in and out of guests, Answering guest inquiries both over the phone and in person, making and maintaining guest records, and Receiving & processing the reservation requests of future guests. And lastly, Answering questions and addressing complaints, and meeting their expectations. Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests. I am In-charge of cleaning all assigned guest rooms including dusting, making beds, soiled linen removal from rooms, and retrieval of clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning, replenishing rooms with supplies. It is my responsibility to Sign in and out master keys daily, Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment, Update and record all cleaned rooms, and Return and properly tag all lost and found articles in the Housekeeping Office. Following departmental policies and procedures and service standards, Report necessary maintenance items and Following all safety and sanitation policies is a must.
