Everyday at 6am, I made food for all our customers. I cleaned up after too. I had the responsibility of making sure everything was labeled and disposed of properly. I work the 9am-5pm, but I’d stay after to make sure; everything was in its correct place, that temperatures were regulated, and every spot left sanitized. Anything not clean I’d wash.
