ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing ITP-Inspection test plan and procedure according to the Client requirement.

• Coordinate with for MOM Steam Lines Inspection as per MOM Spec and client Piping Class.

• Conducting NDT methods such as “PT, MT, UT, RT” through third parties and reviewing reports.

• Conducting the ferrite test on stainless steel materials.

• Box-up inspection and flange bolt tightening on equipment, vessels, tanks, and pipelines.

• Inspecting Flange Parallelism and alignment connection with rotating equipment.

• Ensuring lubrication and tagging on flange tightening as per ITP, Codes & standard.

• Conducts inspection in piping like line checking as per drawing.

• Preparing test packages of the equipment, piping and coordinating client during walk down Inspection.

• Preparing Hydro Test Package As per Approved Hydro test drawing.

• Witnessing hydro test for Heat Exchanger & Vessel.
