Served as a strategic advisor following an explosion in Dongguan plant and recommended over $50 million worth of safety regulatory upgrades including where funds would be allocated to bring plant within local and company standards and ordinances. Explosion led to a more thorough due diligence effort for a pending acquisition.
Led substantive and thorough root cause investigation by analyzing multiple factors surrounding Wilmington’s industrial plant substation explosion and served as a strategic advisor on standardizing construction of plant substations with new technology to prevent another explosion for the company.
