Beginning in 2012 I expanded our company's core duties to include residential and commercial construction. As the company representative I network and consult with clients, inspectors, sub contractors, general contractors, vendors and architects to develop projects from conception to completion. I will continually develop new skills to expedite our bidding process and accuracy as the lead estimator and project manager. Through plan take offs and conceptual planning and estimating I oversee project estimating, planning, purchasing and site management with a core value of innovation and safety.

2000 I began employment upon the company's conception as a labor worker and would evolve into trade based labor including but not limited to hauling and disposal, debris removal and demo, interior and exterior home maintenance, painting and drywall, rough and finish carpentry and concrete and brick masonry.
2007 I broadened our company's reach and capabilities by hiring, training and managing up to 20 employees, 5 vehicles, 4 trailers and 5 crews as operations manager.
2010 I created and implemented a quality control program to increase quality and consistency throughout 1000 job sites as quality control superintendent and increase job site safety and employee training as the Health and Safety officer.
2012 I expanded our company's core duties to include residential and commercial construction.
