I worked at Wells Fargo for 21 years as a Securities Operations Service Specialist III. During that time I became proficient at data entry, typing, and filing. I'm very experienced working on Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access. I am very good at mathematics and finding discrepancies that result in reports being out of balance. The securities operations specialist is responsible for providing phone and operational support by answering inbound calls from financial professionals and clients who require assistance servicing brokerage accounts. The functions supported by the specialist include:reconciliation of trade related data, processing account and security updates as well as other data integrity related functions and resolving cash and position discrepancies. I've also had experience responding to adhoc requests. Other responsibilities included proactively seeking ways to improve current processes by leveraging the tools available to identify inefficiencies. I also worked at communicating cash and position discrepancies to both internal and external partners such as finance and assisted in the development of guidelines and procedures for the department. I'm very experienced at working in a fast pace and high intensity environment. I'm able to reach my goals with minimal supervision and I also have very good phone skills. EDUCATION
