• Process workers’ compensation claims (including doctor appointments, first insurance reports, payment of medical bills, review of medical reports, and contact with doctors, insurers, lawyers, and employee counselling,) resolve disputes and pay out claims. • Coordinate and attend safety committee meetings and accident investigation reviews/root cause.

• Distribute and track toolbox topics and collect site inspections for field performance. Manage training certifications and daily job hazard analysis.

• Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices. Develop practices and programs to correct or reduce occurrences. Aid field personnel to improve safety and health of all employees.

• Coordinate background checks through Live Scan, TWIC and FCA Background. Research and implement STAC Training Management Software. Respond to company 24/7 hotline. Schedule training and safety meetings and maintain records of training logs. Complete and submit OSHA 300 logs.

• Manage COVID 19 investigation, contact tracing and reporting program. Coordinate COVID testing procedures and communications with employees.
