Training new hires to work in Customer Service and in the four month of down time I worked in Live Chat assist customer with any needs to refunds, credits, adding or removing credit card to explaining the easy payment or why the refund amount was only the amount given. Tracking packing and or shipping new orders. A printer with outstnding production number and asked to be a trainer to train classes on the skill of setting up your work flow to keep our machines runs. I aslo develped a spread sheet with the maintain to help with down time on the machine and what was done when the machine was on out service to help control same issue been repeated over again.
