Administration clerk (inservice trainee)

•Proper completion and reassessment of out-patient cards(All information to be completed on out patient card) and identify document and supporting to be produced.

•All out-patient cards must be out in a jacket (brown) which must be tagged

(DOB),appropriate sticker and name as per classification .

•Admitting officer to date and print name and patient to sign on out-patient card.

•All patients are entered into out-patient register/causulty register per classification (HO,H1,H2 and PHP).

•Assessment of patients is done every six months.

•All fees charged as per assessment of the fees manual.

•The Department of Labour (DOL) is issued to all unemployed patients.

•All patients that did not pay the prescribed fee as per the fees manual data routed to the revenue department via a route book.

•Statistics are compiled on a daily basis after the cash register is cashed up on weekends and public Holidays before the handing over the shift and given to the supervisor.

•Writing is neat and legible at all times.

•Handing over procedures must be strictly adhered to at all times.

•To Provide patient confidentiality at all times.
