As an order selector you will: Select items based on location to find using a cart (you will be trained). Locate items by first looking at the line codes and description on each order. For Example "SER" is a line code (or aisle) standing for service the description can be a set of numbers or just words such as

"Fuel Line Adapter"

To select the order you will: Look closely at the quantity of each part of the order. For example an order says "1" in quantity. For 1 maybe 1 out of a box or 1 whole package. Same for 2, 3, and so on. You will be trained.

For timing with each order you will: Choose the precise route. If you have oil or antifreeze on any order you are working on then they will be first to retrieve. This is important because if you have oil or antifreeze and then rotors, then filters please retrieve the items from the furthest location first. All orders are to be brought to their designated pickup area for most of the days work. For example if the order says "hub" their are 3 shelves one for Mishawaka, Elkhart, and Paint (located in South Bend not to be confused with 933). Mishawaka is the top shelf. Careful not to place anything heavy on the "hub" shelves such as a battery because yes they are made of wood but you don't want the whole shelving unit to fall on you or break. It is important that you only place light and/or medium items on the shelving unit. Some orders for example Hoosier land may require you to checkout given their card information on the order. To do this first find and pick correct quantity of each item and place it on their correct shelf. Take the card info to the card machine. Begin process by typing in the total starting with the first number of the total. Press the green button for enter. Then type in the expiration date starting with the first number. Press Enter. Next if applicable type in the zip code. Press Enter. First you will get a merchant's (NAPA) receipt place that in the cubby hole below. Then you press yes for the customers (Hoosierland) receipt. Staple the customers receipt to the original order so the customers delivery info can still be seen. You will be trained.

Dip brush in cup full of stain then drain brush on the insides of cup without splashing stain on the wall. With either hand most comfortable with take brush and slide stain from left to right on brick or right to left. Careful not to get brick stain in mortar because that can be permanent. If that happens have your wet napkin with you dab away quickly. With mortar stain stay in the lines around the bricks and apply in a pattern of bricks going 2 or 3 at a time.

Load pistons onto the platens that come down the conveyor with the correct position that the lug is supposed to be in. When you have loaded all pistons out of one basket you will given a new basket of pistons to load with label to scan on SAP. You are to record scrap of any kind that you have been told about. At the end of the shift you log out of SAP and reset the counter. Feeder

Push the wood slacks through a wrapping machine with little or no gaps based on machine assigned while the catcher in the front catches the wrapped wood. Band up the leftover wood in a band after leveling it out to match the counting size or place the leftover wood in a rack with the label. Sweep floors. Dump trash can. Check glue if needed to be refilled. Cut banding wood with electric saw if it's a small bundle to band up leftover wood slacks.
