This is going to be a resume where I hope to tell who I am and what I am looking for. My work experience has been in management, first retail then apartment living. I am systems oriented, very dependable with a great work ethic. I have been on both sides of the spectrum, I understand flexibility, accuracy, dependability and adaptability. When I say that I think customer service is the key to a successful business, I truly mean it. I am searching for employment where I can utilize my customer service background. I am not looking for a management position, it's time for me to be the associate, to give my best to my employer. My schedule is flexible, I will accept whatever hours is needed by employer. Salary needs to fit the responsibilty of the employment.

Work-Kamper - Full time RV'ers, worked several RV campgrounds/stores as we lived the life we dreamed of. Customer service/activities in many parks including private and commercial. April 2008 to December 2013.

Senior Apartment Community Manager - Cornerstone Aprartment Management - Denver, CO. June 1998 to Aproil 2008. Day to day operations, resident retention, activities, leasing, maintenance.

Payless Drug Stores - Willsonville Oregon - Store Manager 1979 to 1993. Transferred several locations from Idaho to Colorado. Excelled in employee/customer service relations.

I have also worked in the food service industry.

Skills and Persoanl Note:

As a manger of any business you have to manage your time, you have to be organized, in order to meet company/personal goals. My many years of managment, I was in front of the customer at all times, I had to be able to talk with people in a caring/sensitive manner. I had to solve whatever issues they had while respecting company policies. I truly believe that a positive attitude can move mountains and working with other team members help to move those mountains. A good team member is essential to getting the job done. My personal thought on customer service is to treat everyone like you would like to be treated, the returning customer is vital for survival. The consumer has many choices, customer service can and will determine if they will return to your store.

My husband and I enjoy a quiet lifestyle. I enjoy sewing, crocheting, swedish weaving and of course cooking. Except for a few aging pains, I am in good health, my needs are to keep my mind and body strong as I age. I still learn quick and work hard.
