•Retrieving existing medical records and have them sent out to hospitals that they were all assigned to was the main task assigned to the department of which I'd been assigned to. Team work was a very much so asked of us, much like team building exercises, team meetings once every 5 months and talk amongst piers for how to get the medical records distributed out successfully

•Pulling down medical through well known sites used to collect patient charts was a well teachable task for myself, and others to take on collectively. It helped me to become more used to getting used to using the computer to search for more than only patients' documents, but also to locate any missing files that may've been hard to find and needed to be located. While working as data entry clerk, I was able to successfully locate lost or missing files that were very much so needed by my department or even the many hospitals that the missing files needed to be sent off to

•In listing multiple tasks established to myself and many of my collegues, carefully protect and safeguard company, patient information and report suspicious activity to management was a very important task expected of myself and others that was fairly simple and none of the less successfully completed

•Surely complete document work processes as required, daily requested of by my manager every morning before getting started on anything and would be asked of myself to be completed by the end of the day, as it would be. Taking notes while learning new material such as being taught on how to find and send patient charts of to assigned hospitals. Good note taking was often asked of not only while learning new tasks and hospital computer systems, but also during team meetings and team building exercises that would often times be excellingly helpful and fulfilling for myself in the long run while working
