PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Sales / Logistics Coordinator United Van Lines 2016 to 2020

It was my responsibility to ensure that all clients received the highest level of service for any administrative or logistical need; specializing in client accounts for medical and dental companies sending ultramodern equipment to tradeshows and customer locations; This was a high volume and time critical position.

•POC for each client, event staff or customers of our clients across the country. Present several shipping options via freight quotes to our customers. Communicating by email/phone/text about the date/location of equipment pickup, delivery, the number of items, size/weight of stock and any special instructions about set-up. Creating all the necessary paperwork including purchase orders, surety certificates and BOL’s then sending paperwork to clients and carriers. POC with event location as well as delivery companies. This entire process is started and repeated at the end of each event or presentation.

•Ensure client shipments are unloaded and set up as instructed by the client. This includes confirming the stages/booths are constructed according to specifications, items/displays are set-up properly.

•Working with clients to manage their yearly show calendar, report/resolve any problems/issues with damaged or missing equipment, etc., process clients monthly billing, and follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction was received in every aspect of each event, presentation, or delivery.

Import-Export Assistant Jedwards International Braintree, MA 2014 to 2016

It was my responsibility to support my manager in planning and executing the shipping of organic and natural products. To carry out this, my duties included but were not limited to;

•Analyzed budgetary impact of logistic changes, such as routing, shipping, product volume, or carrier issues for customers.

•Oversaw all customer sales and tax functions, which included certification/verification and compliance with government agencies.

•Managed customer billing and supplied support to our sales team on an as needed basis.
