• Plant Manager/Project Manager Responsible for Construction, Commissioning and Operation of Thermal Desorption Plants in Scotland, Holland, Norway, Egypt and Turkmenistan. (Both 2-Ton and 8-Ton per hour plants), recovering useable oil and water.

• Training Multinational crews, developing maintenance, operational and safety programs.

• Design, fabrication and installation of off-shore modules.

• Cuttings re-injection packages, vacuum cuttings transportation systems, P.L.C. controlled automatic tank cleaning systems.

• Installation, operation of Cuttings dryers, DWM equipment, dryers, shakers, centrifuges, vac systems.

• Installation and operation of shakers and Multi- centrifuge systems.

Foster Wheeler Environmental Corporation – Houston, Texas 1994-2000

• Site Manager - City of Snyder Texas Landfill, Snyder Texas - responsible for the construction of an RCRA permitted municipal landfill.

• Site Manager - Quonset Point Naval Base, Kingstown, Rhode Island - responsible for base wide remediation including a demolition of above ground structures, excavation, transportation and disposal of lead, PCB’s, TPH contaminated soil and water. Remediation of several dumpsites at an active firing range required Unexploded Ordinance (UXO) sweep and extensive safety controls.

• Site Manager - Cranney Island Navy Fuel Depot, Portsmouth, Virginia - responsible for activities at a 28-acre bio-treatment cell, treating 60,000 CY of TPH contaminated soil per season.

• Site Superintendent - Kelly Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas - responsible for construction of 200 GPM groundwater recovery and treatment facility. Site work included installation of recovery wells and associated piping, installation of a slurry wall interceptor trench and recovery pump system, metering stations, off-site compressor station, road boring, trenching, and locating unmarked underground obstructions.

• Site Superintendent - Naval Weapons Station, Concord, California - responsible for the excavation and disposal of 30,000 CY of contaminated soil, back filling and grading of the site.

• Site Manager - Davis Monthan Air Force Base, Tucson, Arizona – responsible for remediation of 45,000 CY of Dross from an abandoned smelter operation. Dross was encapsulated with cement/lime mix and transported to a licensed disposal facility. Also responsible for the constructions of a groundwater treatment plant.

• Site Manager - Test Firing Range, Socorro, New Mexico – responsible for the management of the project which was to examine, package, transport and dispose of 30,000 CY of radioactive soil from three remote Firing Ranges. Site work included construction of access roads and ramps, construction of a rail spur and soil loading area, extensive monitoring and safety controls, and coordination of site activities to ensure zero disruption of ongoing Firing Range activities.

• Site Manager - Confidential Client, Bio-Remediation/Groundwater Remediation Project, Waco, Texas - responsible for construction of an in-situ bio-remediation system at a former tire manufacturing plant.

• Site Manager - Amoco, Slurry Wall Construction, Texas City, Texas – responsible for installation of 30 Benzene recovery wells and containment slurry wall for the recovery and transportation of the contaminant for reprocessing.

TRW Environmental Services, Inc. - Houston, Texas 1989-1994

• Project Superintendent - RCRA Closure of a Torpedo Testing Facility in Ohio. Project included incineration of explosive fuel residue and contaminated soils; decontamination of concrete-steel structures; carbon filtration and incineration of rinsate; removal of underground storage tanks; demolition and disposal of all buildings and above ground structures; and back filling excavations.

• RCRA Closure of a Chemical Plant – Surface Impoundment in Louisiana. Project included the design and implementation of a materials handling plan; solidification and stabilization of 15,000 cubic yards of highly toxic sludge of subsequent excavation.

• Closure of Multiple Impoundments in a Gulf Coast Refinery.
