After owning and operating my own Custom Painting and Remodeling company for 10 years I have encountered many walks of life. Some of which can and have been very trying but was taught that the customer is always right from a very young age and always leave them with nothing but a smile of satisfaction on their face.

Owning and operating a company can be stressful. Employees can run into all sorts of issues, leaving a manager in certain positions with little time and or solutions. But I have found that with the right preparations and due diligence anything is possible.
