• Supervise the maintenance operations - rigs, staff and equipment
• Supervise personnel to ensure correct, safe and cost effective operation of maintenance works
• All maintenance work is planned, meets manufacturers’ specifications and is scheduled in to the drilling operations
• Communicate critical issues to site supervisors or managers as appropriate
• Consider, evaluate and make suggestions for improvements to equipment and procedures to enable the Company to stay at the forefront of the industry
• Ensure drill rigs and equipment are correctly maintained in an efficient manner to maximise availability of all equipment
• Maintain an adequate level of spare parts and equipment to prevent delays in maintenance operations
• Complete Maintenance Reports correctly
• Maintain a strong working relationship with contractors and suppliers of equipment, parts and services
• Ensure that manufacturers’ recommended schedules and associated standards in regard to maintenance inspections are met
• Supervise the drill sites - rigs, staff and equipment
• Ensure drill rigs are working effectively, monitor production of the rigs and ensure work performed is safe and adhering to Titan Drilling standards and contractual requirements
• Supervise personnel to ensure correct, safe and cost effective operation of job sites
• Continuously look at ways of improving equipment and drilling methods to determine if there are safer or more cost effective options so that we can continue to be an industry leader
• Ensure equipment is fit for purpose, preventing equipment that is not fit for purpose from being utilised EDUCATION
