In charge of the day-to-day operations and management of FSMT Cable Corporation. FSMT Cable Corporation is the corporation established under the laws of FSM to operate as the Open access Entity which will provide wholesale connectivity to telecommunications licensed operators in FSM. FSMTCC provides the primary connectivity services to Yap and Chuuk utilizing submarine cable systems connecting to Guam and Chuuk via Pohnpei and HANTRU 1 submarine cable system. A new EMC submarine cable to service Kosrae in conjunction with a cable consortium with Kiribati and Nauru will soon also be operational. The core strategy of FSMT Cable Corp will be to provide wholesale high-quality and low-cost broadband capacity to licensed retail service providers on an equal and fair basis in terms of price and access. For the last two years, I have been in an Acting CEO capacity, representing FSMTCC during the current CEO’s absence in the FSM as well as other matters where world time differences and constraints limited the online availability of the CEO. I have been and continue to be the prime interface of FSMTCC for interactions with the FSM Govt., the FSM State Govt.s and associated project agencies. Elected as the chairman of the EMC Management Committee in 2019 and continue to serve in this role. I have familiarity and experience working closely to align strategies with funding parties and project stakeholders for the EMC project. As part of the preparation work for the EMC project, I have taken the lead role in the implementation in the Globe NOC contract on behalf of FSMTCC, as well as efforts to upgrade the optic wavelengths that FSMTCC owns on the Hantru 1 submarine fiber cable. I have and continue to manage and coordinate with technical consultants and legal teams for successful implementation of these projects. Lead role in successfully implementing the FSM Digital (FTTH) efforts in the FSM, coordinating all efforts to guide and move the project forward during a startup period with difficult funding and local political issues. Lead from the intersection of business and technology to provide top-level strategic planning, analysis and operations leadership for advanced technology systems, services and solutions in the Pacific Region.

Coordinating role between all parties involved in the deployment and operationalization of the C-P (Chuuk Pohnpei) cable as well as the final phase of the Yap Spur project.

Successfully managed the final implementation and operationalization of the C-P Submarine cable system during this time.

Senior Technology and Communications executive leading the strategic planning, development, operations and technology infrastructure for the College of Micronesia-FSM’s multi-campus IT infrastructure. Major projects included: Implemented a Student Information System (SIS) Wireless Network establishment WAN establishment Fiber Optic Connectivity for LAN Negotiated and implemented first client to ISP fiber Optic cable connection in the FSM, which was later used as a model for all other such agreements.
