Responsibilities at Hariwansh Packaging Pvt Ltd:-

•As a Warehouse Incharge I handled overall warehouse operations with monitoring

30+manpower.

Working in SAP Environment.

•Inventory control with proper measuring tool like physical stock count will be taken and

will be tally with system stock. Cycle count daily and weekly will be taken and inventory will

be verified with100% accuracy is maintained.

•Strong control on documentation of in-transit vehicles, outbound vehicles,cycle count,

POD’s.

Maintenance of documents and files for Internal & External audit and implementation of

best quality management systems.

Inbound process:

First, we will check the condition of the in-transit vehicle and Truck seals and verify them.

Will take the STN and cross check the Actual materials, mainly price of product code,

condition and Quantity.

•We will unload the materials based on WMS systems on pallets and do the put away in the

respected locations.

Damage / Recondition products will be move to the as per SOP locations. Maintain the

records for audit purpose.

Outbound process:

LANGUAGES KNOWN :

Based on the planning sheet we will arrange the vehicle and distribute the picking sheet to

the MCs to pick materials as per the SOP guidelines.

After cross verification loading will be done with loading guidelines. And assurance will be

taken from driver.

•Conducting daily Toolbox meetings to make awareness in all the employees.

Ensure to the House keeping team with 100% Warehouse Hygiene.

Monitoring vehicles with utilization of 100% in volumetric or weight base.

Troubleshooting the problems in operations or customer complaints.

•Maintenance of vehicles and coordinate with drivers for better results in on time

dispatches with 100% of POD accuracy.

Training sessions will be given to the team for best practices as per SOP.

•Safety training sessions will be conducted frequently like mock drill etc.

Daily reports will be sent to higher management i.e., dashboard, throughput, stock
