Bartender/Performer

I have just moved to Los Angeles from Denver, CO as an experienced bartender and professional burlesque dancer. I have worked in hospitality and the food industry for over a decade and bartended for over five years, and I am now searching to be a community member of a great restaurant/bar.

I have worked in a large range of restaurant settings, from fast casual to fine dining. I am very sensitive to each restaurant’s needs as a bartender and/or server. My previous employers and I believe I fulfill the steps of service with mastery. On my resume, you will see my most recent experience was in fast paced LGBT+ bar/lounge environments where I was a part of event planning and harm reduction in those spaces (Lucid and Blush & Blu).

Through my service in more upscale restaurants, I learned to embody discretion and advanced hospitality while in service of various high profile guests. I maintain a friendly and outgoing composure, even to the most unruly guests. My range of restaurants and bars ranges from quick, efficient, and friendly service to detailed steps of service and more slow-paced and fine dining experiences.

I appreciate the complexity and thought that goes into each space I enter, and I love diving in to the culture of the bar/restaurant.
