I have worked in the Mechanical Plumbing, and Pipe-Fitting Construction Trades since 1987 in various roles. I really enjoy working in a team atmosphere and creating and implementing new advancements to streamline processes, increase production, reduce direct & indirect costs and increase revenue. I strive to keep my eye on the future to keep ahead of the curve with proficiencies and advancements within the Mechanical Trades.

From 1987 through 2001 – I was able to work in the Plumbing and Pipefitting trade, go through my apprenticeship, and go through college with the help of my parents and family. I feel that I owe my success to my parents, W.L. Lambert, Roy Lambert, Jim Thompson, Ron Wimpy, and all of my family.

My dad who helped me to understand the business as I worked tirelessly learning the trade, taught me about fabrication, modules, design, modeling, welding, and what can’t we fabricate in the shop, technology, the real meaning of design build.

Since 1987 I have been involved in the Fabrication, and the Installation of the Plumbing and Pipefitting Trades. I have learned the aspects of performing the hands-on skills at an early age working in the family business with my family, and I was very interested in fabrication and welding. I also had a great passion for learning to be a leader and managing like my mom and dad.
