The system generates a receipt for the user, which contains all the details of the ticket and receipt number. User can monitor his refund of tickets using the receipt number. Another part of this application is for administrators to link user information to back-office support applications for refund and generate invoices, etc.

T4E allows Genentech to recruit potential participants for the clinical trials that are run by Genentech. There are two major modules in this system: Trial Management and Patient Review Module. The Trial Management module lets an owner of the trial (Principal Investigator, Author) to manage the trials. The Patient Review Module organizes data based on condition, department & principal investigator and targets potential participants. The Trial Management module gathers the trial info in a wizard style and syncs with the data available. The system also sends auto emails for trial owners for various security compliances like ensuring 90-day update etc. and ensuring the data is in sync with clinicaltrials.gov.
