Running Amada HRB2204 and Diamond BH8525 Press Brake. Setting up and righting new program for new jobs. Making sure the parts are formed correctly by checking it with clipper, protractor, square and micrometer. First piece is sent to inspection for approval before running the job.

Checking the bending allowance with the caliper and the angle with T-square, and also with a protractor to fabricate parts within tolerance. Machine settings are adjusted frequently, since the numbers change based on the change in the metal due to density, shape, and flexibility. I was the only person within the workshop with the ability and skills to produce these special parts. 6/15-3/20
