In this work,

We aim to design and implement a graphene nano ribbon based ISFET (GNR ISFET)

It can be scaled down to sub-50 nm channel length. We also focus to ensure the power consumption level close to pW level as well as to maintain both the voltage sensitivity and the current sensitivity to be close to the theoretical maximum. We have designed this Maximum power point tracking controller for solar pv system.

The main motive of this project is to get efficient output with minimum cost.
