After many years of independent work, I determined to return to school to achieve my Bachelors of Science degree in biology, as well as several other academic area of interest. I am now in a career pivot, seeking to utilize my education and work experience for a job in the environmental health field or related occupations. I am also open to other career opportunities, being confident that I can achieve success anywhere that my skills and determination align.

WORK EXPERIENCE

THE LAND ENHANCEMENT COMPANY; Supervisor/Consultant; 2013-currently

Consulting, general contracting, and hands-on labor in pond construction, access road building, drainage issues, invasive species removal, native tree, shrub, and herbaceous plants planting, wildlife food plots, wildlife viewing and hunting structures, and follow-up maintenance of the above.

HOME & GARDEN ENHANCEMENTS; Home Improvements/Landscape Contractor; 2003-cur.

Perform a wide variety of specialty landscape enhancements including water features, perennial gardens specializing in natives, tree & shrub planting, hardscapes, and any home improvements.

Built my own home over a period of 7 years (2002-2009) learning all aspects of home construction.

Tree Service and specialty landscape company doing diagnosis and treatment of insect, disease, and physiological issues of trees and shrubs, and their planting. Also specializing in creation of perennial gardens, hardscapes, and small water features.
