Armed Security Officer since September 2015, I have been trained at all DHEC Sites, Rover Duties, Ellett Brothers in Chapin, special detail at events. I also own and operate R & R Maintenance Services LLC where I do various jobs from plumbing, electrical repairs, install flooring, build sunrooms, decks, etc.

Allegiance Security I have worked several school sites and also Estes.

Worked at Oracle Elevator Company, Charlotte, NC as Field Operations Manager, until retirement June 2017. Responsible for all day to day operations for service, repair and modernization for NC, SC and West Virginia. I was responsible for ordering parts, meeting with existing customers, also obtaining new customers for maintenance.

Prior employment with Carolina Conditions as Operations Manager from Oct. 2013-Feb. 2014. I managed Commercial Division of HVAC, Hoods Cleaning Service, Service department. I was responsible for day to day operations of each area. Performed PM’s on residential & commercial units, answered trouble calls.

Worked at Epworth Children's Home as building and grounds maintenance person. I performed repairs on electrical, plumbing, roofing, drywall, carpentry, landscaping. 4/2013 to 10/2013

Local Rep. for Otis Elevator in Florence, SC for past 8yrs.

Reason for layoff/early retirement. Otis was cutting staff to double route load on each remaining mechanic

Worked part time during the past year for Blythewood HVAC & The Wright HVAC, performing preventative maintenance and complete installations of HVAC package units.

Worked for Century 21 Bob Capes Realtors from 1998 – 2000 as a licensed Real Estate agent. In November 1998; I was top non residential listing agent for our office.

From 1989 – 2003; I owned and managed Advance Elevator Technologies, Inc, The Elgin Diner, Elgin RV & Auto Repair & Wright Enterprise Backyard Buildings, where I sold custom storage buildings, decks, gazebos. This was a struggling business when I purchased it and in 2000-01 reached $600,000 in sales.

I was a mentor to a young teen in trouble through a friend of mine that needed someone to spend time with her son.

Personal Interest- Former sound director at my church as Audio Sound Tech/responsible for all sound equipment & recordings at all church services. Set up for singing groups, etc. Served as Secretary at Shandon Masonic Lodge #370 AFM. Served Grand Lodge of SC as Grand Steward 1998, District Deputy Grand Master 1999-2001. Grand Lodge Facilities Planning Chairman 2001. Received Knight Commander Court of Honor 2001 via Scottish Rite of SC. Served as Worshipful Master 1998 Sinclair Lodge #154 & Shandon Lodge #370 -2010. Received the Frederick Dalco Medal of Honor from Grand Lodge of SC in 2001. Former Indian Waters council Boy Scout Adult leader/trainer. Trained new Cub Scout leaders each year. I was awarded the District Award of Merit in 1988 from The Indian Waters Council BSA. Other activities-Bowling and spending time with my grandchildren.
