Store Associate for the family clothesline in pennstate university

June 2019-August 2019

i worked the cash registers, cleaned the store when i closed, kept the store neat and presentable for customers during my shifts, and tried to have every customer leave with a smile on their face. Unfortunately i had to leave because it was only a summer job, but i loved every bit working there.

Food Runner, Host, and dishwasher for foxfire at the stone barn March 2021-October 2021

I started working there around late March, I applied to be a host, they had just opened back up from lockdown, and they were severely understaffed. After my first week of working as only the host, I was quickly scheduled changed to food runner, and since we were also down on dishwashers, I was put on there too. A regular Saturday sometimes had me working 2 or all 3 of those positions, so I quickly learned how to versatile in the restaurant industry. I had to leave though due to management making a toxic environment for the younger staff. Cook at The Creamery

September 2021-June 2022

During my time here as a cook here, I learned how to make simple dishes like burgers, to later learn how to make pizzas, and even steak. I was introduced to a very fast moving and high volume environment, where I had to teach myself how to work efficiently in. The job was amazing but I unfortunately had to leave because I was on my way to start Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training for the army. Human Resource Specialist for the Army National Guard June 2022-present day

For 6 months I was put through the gutter in Fort Jackson South Carolina. I was exposed to high and Low temperature environments and taught how to work efficiently in them. I was taught discipline, leadership, and comradery. Thanks to this journey I know how to handle large and small groups of people, I have experience in the human resource field, and I know how to calm the environment down for my peers when things are difficult. Basic Training has made me drive to be a perfectionist with following the standards of my working environment, and Advanced Individual Training polished it.
