I am seeking a position as QC Inspection position with Houston Construction Company this Pipleine season. Presently, I have 40 years in the industry, to include working as a welder/ pipefi er. [I am currently Certified Welding Inspector 1104, Certified Coating Inspector Level I with NACE API 1169 Pipeline Inspector Certification. My expertise is associated with all aspects of welding processes and procedures. I am knowledgeable of weld inspection, bolted flanged connections to include flange face inspection, gasket verification and proper stud bolt installation. I have conducted numerous pressure tests both hydro and pneumatic with and without dead weight machines of pipe spools, x-ray film reading, structural bolt up verification, concrete anchor installation and inspection, PT and UT knowledge some experience. Included in 40 years of welding experience, I have gained the following knowledge: material selection, welding process selection, joint preparation and set up, welding procedure specification usage, weld metal knowledge, the ability to read and understand fabrication drawings including piping and instrumentation diagrams, isometrics and piping plans. From Main!ine and Distribution Pipeline, Power Plants, Chemical Plants, Refineries, Hi-Tech Clean Rooms, Pulp and Paper, Shipyard, Production Pipe and Steel Shops.

I possess organizational skills and the ability to work as a team member with management and tradesmen. I understand working safely and protecting the environment. In my leadership roles in the past 35 years I have learned to plan the work and work the plan to meet budgetary and scheduling requirements. The Client's procedures and protocols as specified to be implemented for completion of work. I have an a ention to detail, organizational skills to keep track of equipment, and components.
