Richard is a very hard-working professional with a TRUE passion for helping others in any way possible. When meeting with Richard in our office and talking over the Community Specialist position, he was brought to tears. He let me know that he truly believes this is a position that was made for him and it is the exact path God wanted him on. Richard has had recent experience working with the developmentally disabled in his position with Goodwill where he was a trainer and would teach them the cleaning responsibilities to match the set daily plan.
