Area 20 Hectare of the state conceded to the national land housing agency to deploy a very high speed technology with a speed of 200 Mbit/s on a Pop of Internet Protocol.

Gpon project in two Residences November 2021

Study and realization of a Gpon "passive vertical network" project in two buildings composed of 6 blocks for each by optical fiber each block has 6 floors.

Gpon project in a 70 hectare housing estate

Preparation for the service of the residential area Elhnaya 1 and 2 by fiber optic "FTTH".

Project completed in 2020Ready To Connect Project

My functional task:

Preparation of the CAPEX budget charged to this Project.

Program the various tasks (human and material) for the execution of the fiber optic network (Ready to Connect) active FTTH with an average speed of 100 Mbits and in Access Protocol (IP / MPLS) in new industrial areas .

1/ eloued nassen industrial zone.

2/ben arous industrial zone – Megrine “backup link”.

My technical task:

-The Pointing and cutting of the areas of assignment of the Fiber in the service areas (Generally collective Housing and Residential) In accordance with the engineering rules in force.

-the studies of wired access networks (Fiber), it is by serving the direct adduction zone which represents the geographical perimeter to be served by the access equipment whatsoever (PM, SRO, NRO) with the aim optimize investments CAPEX and reduce POF (Point Of Failure) which ultimately represents a major nuisance in the calculation of the balance sheets of optical links.

-Planning of tasks, whether material or human, preparation of pre-project files followed by Survey sites in order to prepare the execution phases of the Civil Engineering of the detailed FTTH network (Transport/distribution) intended for residential Customers.

Ensure follow-up, meetings with all external and internal entities such as Customers, subcontractors, special services of the municipality, etc.

-study the feasibility of connecting new potential B2B customers by delivering the main IP/MPLS "Fiber Optic lines" LFOs with backup optical security for different routes.

-Validation on GIS system (Geographic Information Management System) GEONETWORK.

Results: launch of a commercial action to offer value-added service via Fiber.

Project completed: 2017

Deployment of the Fiber Optic Network (FTTC) linking 18 transmission centers of Tunisie Telecom through backbone, identification of IP/MPLS Protocols by ensuring the integration of the access network of new MSLINK interfaces with a speed of up to 100Gbits.

Completed project :2016 Modernization of the existing copper network by MSAN (Hybrid Solution)

- Modernization and reorganization of the existing network entirely in copper "Local subscriber network" and replacing by IPMSAN "IP_ Multiservice Access Network" is to adopt a Hybrid Network, (that is to say we ensure that the transport will be optical fiber and we keep the copper in distribution) monitoring of SWAP operations and switching of number ranges, this work is to improve the QoS Quality of our customers and minimize micro cuts, this technology ensures a good quality of speeds and offers VDSL, XDSL services.

-Establish pre-project operations files and work estimates for each SWAP concerning the new positioning of an IPMSAN.

-Ensure the commissioning of the IPMSANs and carry out the Test and acceptance.

-Optimization of Civil Engineering for access networks by integrating under casing solutions.

September 2010
