I maintained the completeness and accuracy of charting for in house and discharged resident records. I audited all charts to ensure facility policies and procedures were being implemented. I reviewed policy and procedure for updates, coordinated with all departments to ensure accurate and complete charting, worked with conservators to track conservator renewals, and sent records to those under TPO or with a Release of Information for benefits, billing, and other services, attended a morning administration meeting to discuss actions, plans, and interventions for clients, prepared all charts for new admissions, broke down discharged charts, worked with doctors to ensure all orders are signed in a timely manner, and I worked with departments to ensure needs are met. Salary Requirement
I am open to discuss a salary that your budget will allow and to offer a range $85,000—$150,000 that would be acceptable. Based on the level of work duties and hours a different amount can be discussed.
