Regional Transportation Manger (July 2015 - Present)

Manage, develop and direct movement of all outbound transportation activities for newly established 700,000 sq. ft. distribution center in AZ. Responsible for optimizing freight movements to 100+ TSC stores within the Western U.S.

Provide direction to DC shipping function to ensure carriers are loaded/billed timely, trailer cube utilization is maximized and release schedules are maintained to ensure on time delivery performance.

Manage contract carrier trailer pools at DC and other locations to ensure continued flow of equipment for efficient product movement.

Slotting Analyst (2010 – 2015)

Established as a newly created role, to participate in the planning of DC facility design, material flow, and management of WMS full implementation and integration for 6 Distribution Centers.

Key team player for DC moves, facility redesigns and new DC openings with an average flow of $550M in inventory and covering over 700,000 sq. ft. per distribution center.
