Resignation: (a) In case of resignation tendered by the employee, during the probation period we reserve the right to terminate your services without notice or salary.

(b) The notice period for any resignation is 3 months.

(c) Return ticket will be at the cost of employer after completion of 02 years We wish you all success in your assignment with our organization. Please sign a copy of this agreement in token of your acceptance.

Note: Upon arrival in SINGAPORE, if your performance in workshop is not acceptable as per the stipulated standards, you will be degraded to a lower post and salary will be also de- scaled. If the employee wants to go on any emergency leaves before completion of two years, he has to place a security deposit equivalent to his visa expenses as guarantee for his return to SINGAPORE. Upon return, the security deposit will be returned to him.
