Over thirty-five years successful experience translating business goals into application software functionality involving all aspects of project management including interpersonal communication, presentations, scheduling and progress evaluation, quality control. Working with all levels of users to put software solutions into practice instilled a strong appreciation of the human aspects of software systems and the rewards of effective project management. Background includes JDEdwards course training presented at multiple client sites from New York to Florida, and at the Dallas JDEdwards training center; adjunct instructor for college-level management information systems courses (some with an online Internet component); and many workshops for users, development staff and operations staff.
