MPF Federal EPA-RTP 2021- 2022
Contract Project Manager for MPF Federal at EPA-RTP.
Supervision of 17 staff members.
Overseeing the husbandry of aquatic as well as terrestrial animals used in research.

RWDC, Bio-Processing Technician 2019 - 2021
A team member in the production of bio-degradable plastic substitutes. This involves starting cultures, stepping up volume and culture density. The process utilizes flasks, 30L bioreactors, media prep, appropriate associated laboratory procedures. These cultures are used to inoculated 8000L or 60,000L vessels. The position includes monitoring and operation of these larger vessels.

Key contributor to the expansion of the Colbert Research Center. Managed major capital projects.

Implemented Health, Safety and Environmental programs as directed. Maintained proper documentation on accidents, potential exposures chemical/biological.
Managed 19 employees responsible for animal husbandry, clinical procedures. These procedures included, necropsy, blood draws, monitoring general animal health, observation for protocol driven signs.

Supervision of up to 18-20 employees. Involved or responsible for obtaining funds and managing several Strategic and Current Capital projects to expand and upgrade the site to meet or exceed AWA and industry standards. Managed an operational budget of 1.5 million/yr.
