Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and executing overseas capital projects in the Middle East. Worked directly with the customer to plan, execute and complete pipeline projects in excess of $100 million dollars. Reported directly to the President and managed 14 project managers.
Accomplishments:
Developed cultural training program for the Middle East which consisted of religion, customs, and cultural rules that enabled us to be more acceptable to our clients. This produced a higher successful bid percent from 36 to 78 percent.
Introduced and successfully integrated new technology in the repair of pipelines using advanced composites. This allowed us to offer our clients a way to repair pipelines without shutting down. This technology increased our customer base by 28%.
