Duties include coordinating care for anywhere from 25-35 clients at a time, while supervising the aides and nurses who are coming to take care of these clients at these homes.
oMost of these homes are group homes, but the population I treat is broad
On call once during the week to help with client care education sessions in home with new aides and skill check offs with our seasoned ones

I am on call on nights 1-2/week and 2 weekend days/month to help with administrative tasks that might come up as well as and most importantly the call off schedule.
