Work as a liaison between the IT Department and the Customer Care Department providing support for newly installed or upgraded software programs for customers and bank employees. My current position requires me to work with little or no supervision and to step in and cover for Supervisors and Managers when needed as it pertains with daily department functions. My daily job functions include the input and set-up of Business Online Banking accounts. Contacting Business Customers and assisting them through their log in process. Updating and adding accounts, adding or removing users, and processing documents granting authorization for Online Banking access. Setting up Ach, Wire. Remote Deposit Capture and Positive Pay Services. I have transitioned into a position which provides support for the Customer Care Department which is our Telephone Banking Center and also provides support for our IT Department. My duties include but are not limited to maintain our Teller Printers and making sure that they are sent out for maintenance and are switched out throughout branches as needed. Provide support for our Cash Management Department. Provide phone support, troubleshoot Merchant accounts and provide assistance in answering Merchant questions. Provide back up support for the Accounts Payable Department. Responsible for responding to customer’s request and questions submitted through our website portal. Provide Back Office support for the Operations Department which includes and is not limited to processing Ach Returns and the setup of Automatic Account Transfers.
