I worked all together 21 years for Kroger Manufacturing with 16 years on the production floor as an employee. I completed 1 year of Management training through the CPT (Career Professional Training) this helped with the transition from production employee to a Supervisor in addition to my Degree. I was again promoted to Production/Sanitation Supervisor for the Snacks Department for the last 4 years.
