M.TECH (2013-2016) in COMPUTER SCIENCE ENGINNERING from VITS Engineering College, Kavali (Affiliated to JNTU,Anantapur) with an aggregate of 67%. .
B.TECH (2000-2004) in COMPUTER SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING from VITS Engineering College, Kavali. (Affiliated to JNTU, Anantapur.) With an aggregate of 61%.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
• Client server monitoring for about 15+ clients using Monitoring Tools
• Working on ServiceNow ticketing tool and creating the Incidents to the concerned support teams according to the severity level.
• Managing the clients’ IT infrastructure under various competencies like Incident, Change, Reporting and Service Level Management with help of ITIL concepts.
• Raising an incident for the alerts received using the tool ServiceNow and passing it to level 2 technical team.
• Effective and rapid response to Critical incidents.
• Driving all major incidents (Sev1 and Sev2) towards resolution effectively.
• Performing the daily checks on the servers.
• Meeting Response and Resolution SLA on each Handled incident.
• Hourly Email updating to the Clients during Service Outages.
• Performing the Service Availabity Checks for multiple Clients.
• Managing the failed jobs and jobs in abort state.
• Monitoring the Symantec Net Backup RDP Servers Drivers on regular basis and take respective actions.
• Responsible for all SLAs which need to take care during the shift and responsible for ensuring proper shift hand off with next shift.
• Responsible for sending all Incident notifications as per agreed process, chair the bridge call during a P1 outage.
• Engage Respective Application and Operations Support on Bridge call towards resolving the issue.
• Participating in High Severity Bridge Calls and Escalating if required.
• Preparing and sending status reports to clients.
