Subject: Mandatory Attendance (PTO Blackout)

The Physical Inventory/ERP Conversion has been moved from July 2022 to September 2022.

During the period of September 25th, 2022, through October 8th, 2022, we will be doing a physical inventory of products as well as converting to our new ERP system. This effort will require all employees to be in attendance. Due to the mandatory need for employees to be present to assist and train, we are limiting PTO to be taken during this time.

September 25th – October 1st will be a blackout period and no PTO will be allowed unless we finish early.

October 2nd – October 8th PTO will be limited as we will still need certain people here to continue with the transition to the new system.

Please continue to be patient with us during this transition. We are working to make this merger as smooth as possible but will require a little assistance from our team to make it happen.
