• Drove IPPM in 2011 - 2018 from 7,403 to 1,698 through quality control and root cause analysis.

• Reduced Recordable Accidents down in 2004 - 2010 from 4 to zero by collaborating with engineering for better leak checking equipment and providing hands on training for system functionality.
• Decreased coil downtime to assembly lines by 70% through prioritizing coil packages needed during peak season and focusing on daily schedule needs.
Brazer 1995 - 2003
Managed special-order line, collaborating with engineering groups to satisfy national account customers. Worked closely with scheduling and engineers to ensure components were put on the units that the customers wanted. Oversaw network department which was responsible for repairing and converting units for customers who wanted to upgrade different components of air conditioners.
