While serving in the Unites State Air Force I worked my way from Patrol to Narcotic Dog Handler with a high rate of arrest/convictions for possession and or trafficking. At one point I was able to arrest and convict a squadron of U.S. Navy flight crew that was stationed at the Air
Force Base. While stationed at Howard Air Force Base, I received the Air Force Accommodation Metal for Heroism.
During my time working as a Police Officer in Idaho I became a Corporal of Patrol. I was awarded Instructor Certificates for several subjects and received my certification as an Expert witness in Accident Investigation through the 5th Judicial District. I maintained at 95-98 % conviction rate on all my arrest. I was a shift Supervisor for the Burley Police Department that managed approximately 5 Officers per shift. During my time at the American Falls Police Department, I received my Advance Law Enforcement Certification and managed the breath analyzer unit.
While I worked as an Emergency Medical Technician, I from Basic EMT to become a National Registered Advance EMT/Instructor and managed to obtain a grant to advance the unit from Basic to Advance EMS Unit. Redeveloped the Policy and Procedures for Advance level EMT through the State of Idaho the first time.
I was elected to be the treasure for the American Falls Christian Church and as such I managed all the churches finance and maintain the books. At the end of the year, I managed to deposit an additional $ 10,000 in the savings by developing a budget and trimming the expenses.
During my time working for the hospital, I managed the Maintenance Department/Safety/Security and the Emergency Managers position. While service as the Emergency Manager I was awarded over $350,000. Dollar in Emergency Preparedness grants for 9 years. I was able to keep both budgets within no more than 10% over.
While working aa Security Officer I provided security service for the Amalgamated Sugar Company at both the Twin Falls and Paul Locations.
As a member of the Search and Rescue unit I have achieved the highest sales rate for our annual fund raiser and selling the most tickets each year for the last 4 years.
