Actively maintains control of the loan file, monitor dates for approval, appraisals, title and verifications. Effectively managing a full pipeline of 40+ loans monthly.

Effectively work with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, closers, attorneys and third party providers to ensure that all deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Order supporting documentation, such as appraisals, verifications of employment, verifications of deposits, title work, etc.

Examine documentation prior to submission to underwriting to ensure all income, assets and any potential issues are addressed at that time.

Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, CONV and brokered loans.

Knowledge of DU, LP, GUS, GA Dream. Also proficient in Encompass, E3, Calyx Point and Microsoft office.

Knowledge of the closing end of the process. I was a closer for three years prior to loan processing.

Keeping track of all guidelines and changes to guidelines as well as overlays for all type loans.
