• Tasked with replacing exterior stairwells within the project. Found a solution of repairing the stairwells effectively and safely, saving Marous Brothers over $250,000.

Acquired this project from another developer and was able to complete construction of the neighborhood, including finishing additional phases, planning new phases, building new homes, selling lots and designing a 55 and Older section. This 55 and Older community was designed and approved by the city of Oxford and the phase was sold to a builder as a package, including landscape design and home plans.

• HOUNDSTOOTH AND TRADITIONS CONDOMINIUMS, TUSCALOOSA, AL Aquired land, planned and constructed two 200 + condominium complexes, ground up. Project completed.

• TURNBERRY CONDOMINIUMS, OXFORD, MS

Converted 200+ former apartment complex into comdominium properties and sold units. Supervised and managed all aspects of construction, subcontractors, employees, banking, and real estate transactions. Sold all units, project competed.

• HIGH POINT CONDOMINIUMS, OXFORD, MS

Constructed 135 + unit condominium complex and sold units. Supervised and managed all aspects of construction, subcontractors, employees, banking, and real estate transactions. Sold all units, project completed.

• CUMBERLAND PLACE SUBDIVISION, OXFORD, MS

Aquired land, planned and developed Phase II and sold lots. Built and sold single family homes. Supervised and managed all aspects of construction, subcontractors, employees, banking, and real estate transactions. Sold all lots, project complete.
