Founded and expanded a successful outpatient mental health practice, providing direct patient care in the Chicagoland suburbs, specializing in the areas of trauma, domestic violence, substance abuse, anxiety, mood, personality and other high-risk mental/psychiatric disorders.

Oversaw the hiring, training and supervising of clinicians, staff and interns; managed ~20 direct reports.

Managed 3 separate locations: Naperville, Oakbrook Terrace and Batavia, IL.
