I work to acquire potential donors without benefit of purchased mailing lists or demographic research. In my first month, I raised more than $4000 for an organization whose budget is only $80,000 per year. This alone will pay for one entire arts conference, scheduled for July 2022.

ITEX Property Management

Duties: In this position, I worked with updating, acquiring information about applicants to a new public housing complex. I was also charged with ranking those applicants’ for eligibility and unit size. Further duties included updating previously incomplete, mandated marketing plans for each of nearly 30 complexes throughout two states. Other duties included collating previously-uncollected reports from each complex.

This position was eliminated, and the duties distributed amongst the directors and regional managers of the complexes.

Basic Foods created this position to serve our clients, many of whom are elderly or have compromised immune systems, in response to Covid-19.
