I currently work with clients making sure that detail cleaning is something that is done on a daily basis. I connect with my clients by learning what it is that they want from me as an independent contractor. i make sure that i do everything asked of me before i leave a client for the day. Because every client is different, i make a mental note of what each client wants and i work efficiently and quickly while still making sure that nothing is missed.

I assisted customers in locating DVD\'s in the library. i stocked dvd\'s and organized them by call number. i also organized books by call number and helped customers find what they needed whether it be books or DVD\'s. i spoke with customers and educated them on where items were. i also told them when we would get new items into the library. I scanned out books that the library was not going to be letting customers borrow and took those books out of the system.

I make sure that the store is well kept inside and out throughout my shift. I assist customers in locating items that are needed by them. Also am able to empathize with customers when they can not get what they need. Because they themselves can not get these items, I get the items for them, mainly through the back stock. I have been able to build for my place of employment regular customers because of my politeness and openness toward the customers. I treat each customer as an individual and never expect any customer to be like any other customer. I empathize with them when they have bad days, and when they have these days, i am able to make them laugh or put a smile on their face.
