Confidentiality and Data Protection Acknowledgement

We are committed to protecting our confidential information and the confidential information that our customers have entrusted to us. As a Shiftsmart Partner, you will have access to sensitive and valuable information and an obligation to maintain the confidentiality of such information. This acknowledgement has been established to ensure the security and privacy of such information and to prevent unlawful or unauthorized disclosure of such information.

Partner Acknowledgment

I understand and acknowledge the following:

● I have reviewed, understand, and agree to observe the rules and guidelines described in the Partner Terms of Service including the confidentiality obligations contained therein.

● I have also reviewed Shiftsmart's Information Security Policy for Partners and agree to comply with all terms therein.

● I agree to take all reasonable, necessary, and appropriate steps to safeguard private information from disclosure to anyone except as permitted under the Partner Terms of Service. I will maintain as confidential, and not disclose, share, or use, any and all confidential information provided to me and, upon request, will promptly destroy all materials embodying such confidential information in my possession.

● I will only access information needed to perform legitimate duties as a Shiftsmart partner and will not look up, review, or analyze restricted or confidential information outside the scope of such duties unless authorized to do so.

● I will protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Shiftsmart’s information and will safeguard any passwords, keys, or other identifiers that enable access to such information.

● I agree to use strong passwords and will not share any login information for any Shiftsmart system.

● I will ensure that any device I use to access Shiftsmart information is password or passcode protected, has hard drive encryption turned on, contains anti-virus software, and is running the most recent operating system.

● Any products, services, or information that are provided or made available to me by Shiftsmart or a Shiftsmart customer are provided only for my use and I will not allow any other person to access or use any such products, services, or information. If requested, I will return all such products, services, and information.

● I understand that any violation of the Partner Terms of Service will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including immediate termination, as well as civil or criminal liability.

Shiftsmart reserves the right to amend the Partner Terms of Service at any time. Notice of any material modifications will be sent to you.
